Web Design and Technical Development by Squeaky Carrot and María Herrera.

Diversity and equality are beyond any doubt present in BMAT. Aside the inclusive nature of our values, our will for innovation requires a constant flow of ideas and opinions coming from as many and different points of view as possible. Rather than a matter of principles, equality and diversity are our inceptive condition and our team proofs so: men and women from a wide range of ages, nationalities and disciplines. We play bass, guitar, drums, harp, piano, tambourine, saxo…

As a technical company, BMAT depends on specific underlying conditions while pursuing this target. Thus, many divisions require graduates from engineering sciences, where, currently, only the 20 percent are women.

However, women presence is increasing and surpassing this ratio, especially amongst our management team: 50% of VPs and up to a 30% of Department Heads are women. Aware of the importance of pursuing a more equal professional scenario, we are an active member of, a global network of women who work in the music industry.
