Purpose
Ensure compliance with Law 2/2023 of February 20th on protecting people who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.
Activity description
Personal data will be collected and processed for the purpose of:
- Analysing, processing and investigating the facts communicated in a confidential manner.
- Managing the query you submitted to us.
- Exchanging information to complement your request.
- Interviewing you to clarify the reported facts, if necessary.
Legitimisation
The processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the controller.
Our duty is to prevent corruption and regulatory violations and to ensure compliance with the Law 2/2023.

Informants as described in art. 3 of Law 2/2023

Contact details, if you provide them (name and surname, e-mail, telephone, address).
The information (regardless of its nature) of the reported facts.
Data recipient
Anonymity will be maintained whenever required by the whistleblower.
BMAT Group companies and departments. In the course of an investigation it may be necessary for us to share the facts that we report with another company of the group, if the latter is involved in the facts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, such data may be communicated to the authorities only in the event that they so require in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the case.

Rights

You may also revoke consent to other processing operations, and you may request further information on the processing operations that are carried out.
If you consider that your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority.
