Thai Client Manager – Part Time



Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Client Manager to lead the Operations for new or existing clients. You are expected to perform a transversal role, translating customers’ needs into technical specifications, planning and delivering excellent services

What you will be doing:

  • Performing a transversal role, working in tasks related to Client, Product and Project management
  • Establishing daily communications with the customers (mainly CMOs, broadcasters, labels and publishers) to coordinate and solve incidences
  • Collecting Clients’ requirements and translating them to the Engineering teams.
  • Understanding the technical capabilities of the tools and translating them to our customers
  • Preserving the trust gained with the customer and be the responsible for bridging the gap between them and the engineering teams

All about you:

  • Previous experience as technical account manager or technical customer support
  • Passion about listening, asking, understanding and communication
  • Love for teamwork and learning, detail-oriented, multi-tasking skills
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
  • Knowledge or experience in the music industry is a plus


Telecom, Computer Science, Audiovisual or Engineering.


Thai – Written and spoken at native level

English – Fluent
